- Progress analytics and insights
- Optional HealthKit integration (iOS)

- You must notify us of any unauthorized access

- You may delete your account at any time

- Basic features included

### 4.2 Pro Plan
- Unlimited spaces and milestones
- Advanced features (HealthKit, insights, exports)
- Billed monthly or annually via Polar

### 4.3 Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions

## 5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (spaces, milestones, session notes). You grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the Service.

## 6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer the application
- Use automated systems to access the Service
- Upload malicious code or content

## 7. Health Data Disclaimer

- HealthKit data is optional and remains on your device
- We do not provide medical advice
- Consult healthcare professionals for health concerns
- You are responsible for data accuracy

## 8. Intellectual Property

- Epoque and its original content are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code
- Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

## 9. Limitation of Liability
